ROLE OF MICHELLE’S EVERYDAY TRAVELSMichelle’s Everyday Travels acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, excursion companies, and travel insurance providers.Michelle’s Everyday Travels does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, service failures, schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, bankruptcy or insolvency, or failure to provide services.
PRICING, QUOTES & AVAILABILITYAll prices, promotions, availability, schedules, and amenities are subject to change until the applicable reservation is confirmed and required payment has been processed.Quotes are based on availability and pricing at the time they are provided and do not guarantee that the same price or availability will remain available.Michelle’s Everyday Travels is not responsible for supplier or system pricing errors. Suppliers may correct erroneous pricing in accordance with their policies.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDSAll reservations are subject to the cancellation, change, refund, and no-show policies of the applicable travel supplier.Deposits, airfare, hotel rates, cruise fares, excursions, tickets, planning fees, and other travel components may be partially or completely nonrefundable.Traveler-requested changes may result in change fees, fare differences, cancellation penalties, or loss of previously available pricing or promotions. These costs are the responsibility of the traveler.Refunds and future travel credits issued by suppliers are subject to the supplier’s policies and processing timelines. Michelle’s Everyday Travels cannot guarantee or control a supplier’s decision to issue a refund or credit or the time required to process it.
PAYMENTS & DEADLINESTravelers are responsible for making deposits, installment payments, and final payments by the deadlines provided.Failure to make required payment by a supplier’s deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation, loss of deposits, changes in pricing, or loss of availability.Michelle’s Everyday Travels cannot guarantee that a reservation, price, promotion, room category, cabin, flight, or other travel arrangement can be restored if it is canceled because of missed payment.
TRAVELER INFORMATION & REVIEW OF DOCUMENTSTravelers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including legal names, dates of birth, contact information, and passport or identification information.Names must be provided exactly as they appear on the identification or travel documents that will be used for travel.Travelers are responsible for carefully reviewing confirmations, itineraries, tickets, invoices, and other travel documents upon receipt and promptly notifying Michelle’s Everyday Travels of any errors or discrepancies.Costs associated with correcting information after booking, including name-correction fees, fare differences, ticket reissuance fees, or supplier penalties, may be the responsibility of the traveler.
PASSPORTS, VISAS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTSTravelers are solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and carrying all required and valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, identification, permits, authorizations, entry forms, and any other documents required for their trip.Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passports and other travel documents meet all applicable validity, entry, transit, and destination requirements.Any information provided by Michelle’s Everyday Travels regarding passports, visas, entry requirements, health requirements, or other documentation is provided as general guidance only and does not constitute a guarantee of eligibility to travel or enter a destination. Requirements may change at any time, and travelers are responsible for verifying current requirements with the appropriate government authorities and travel suppliers.
DENIED BOARDING OR REFUSED ENTRYMichelle’s Everyday Travels is not responsible or liable if a traveler is denied boarding, refused entry into or exit from a country, detained, delayed, deported, or otherwise prevented from traveling due to missing, expired, invalid, incorrect, insufficient, or unacceptable travel documentation or failure to meet government, immigration, customs, airline, cruise line, or other supplier requirements.Any resulting costs or losses, including additional airfare, accommodations, transportation, meals, missed cruise departures, missed tours or activities, penalties, or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
MISSED FLIGHTS, CONNECTIONS & DEPARTURESTravelers are responsible for arriving at airports, cruise terminals, train stations, and other departure points with sufficient time to comply with carrier and supplier requirements.Michelle’s Everyday Travels is not responsible or liable for missed flights, missed connections, missed cruise departures, denied boarding, flight delays or cancellations, or other missed transportation.Michelle’s Everyday Travels is not responsible or liable for any resulting costs or losses, including replacement airfare, accommodations, transportation, meals, missed cruises, tours, excursions, activities, or other travel-related expenses.
TRAVELER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITYTravelers are responsible for their own actions, behavior, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the rules, policies, and instructions of airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, destinations, and other travel suppliers.Michelle’s Everyday Travels is not responsible or liable for any costs, losses, damages, fines, penalties, denied boarding, removal from a flight, cruise, hotel, resort, tour, or other travel service, cancellation of services, arrest, detention, or other consequences resulting from a traveler’s actions, behavior, misconduct, failure to follow instructions or policies, or violation of applicable laws or supplier rules.Any additional travel expenses or financial losses resulting from the traveler’s actions or behavior are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
TRAVEL INSURANCETravel insurance is strongly recommended because unexpected circumstances can result in significant financial loss.Travelers who choose to decline travel insurance accept the financial risks associated with traveling without coverage.Michelle’s Everyday Travels is not an insurance provider and does not determine coverage, eligibility, claim approval, claim payment, or interpretation of an insurance policy. All insurance claims and coverage decisions are made by the applicable insurance provider.Travelers are responsible for reviewing the insurance policy, including its terms, conditions, exclusions, and coverage, and determining whether the coverage meets their individual needs.
HEALTH, SAFETY & ACCESSIBILITYTravelers are responsible for determining whether a destination, trip, excursion, activity, or mode of transportation is appropriate for their individual health, physical abilities, mobility needs, and personal circumstances.Travelers are responsible for informing Michelle’s Everyday Travels of any mobility or accessibility needs that may affect their travel arrangements so appropriate accommodations can be requested when available. Michelle’s Everyday Travels cannot guarantee that a supplier or destination will be able to accommodate every accessibility request.Travelers are responsible for reviewing applicable health and safety information and obtaining professional medical advice when appropriate.
DESTINATION CONDITIONS & TRAVEL ADVISORIESTravel conditions, entry requirements, laws, safety conditions, and government advisories may change before or during travel.Travelers are responsible for reviewing current government travel advisories, destination requirements, local laws, and safety information and for making the final decision about whether they are comfortable traveling.Michelle’s Everyday Travels may provide travel advisories, alerts, or other information as a courtesy but cannot guarantee that every change, advisory, restriction, safety concern, or developing condition will be identified or communicated.
SUPPLIER CHANGES & DISRUPTIONSAirlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers may change or cancel schedules, flights, routes, ports, accommodations, activities, excursions, amenities, or other aspects of travel.Michelle’s Everyday Travels cannot guarantee that an itinerary or travel service will operate exactly as originally scheduled and is not responsible or liable for changes, cancellations, delays, or disruptions made or caused by independent travel suppliers.Any additional costs or losses resulting from supplier changes or disruptions are subject to the applicable supplier’s policies and are not the responsibility of Michelle’s Everyday Travels.FORCE MAJEURE / EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROLMichelle’s Everyday Travels is not responsible or liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, changes, losses, damages, or additional expenses resulting from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”), including but not limited to severe weather, hurricanes, wildfires, earthquakes, floods, natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, civil unrest, acts of government, border closures, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, terrorism, war or threat of war, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, or other unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of Michelle’s Everyday Travels.In the event of a Force Majeure Event, refunds, credits, cancellations, rebooking, or other remedies are subject to the terms and policies of the applicable travel supplier. Michelle’s Everyday Travels will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers with available options but cannot guarantee refunds, credits, alternate arrangements, or reimbursement of additional expenses.
BAGGAGE & PERSONAL PROPERTYMichelle’s Everyday Travels is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged baggage or personal property, including passports, identification, money, electronics, or other belongings.Claims regarding baggage or personal property should be made directly with the responsible airline, cruise line, hotel, transportation provider, insurer, or other applicable party.INDEPENDENT BOOKINGS & ACTIVITIESMichelle’s Everyday Travels is not responsible for travel services, excursions, transportation, accommodations, activities, or other arrangements booked independently by the traveler or through another party.Travelers participate in activities and excursions subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable provider.EMERGENCY ASSISTANCEMichelle’s Everyday Travels will make reasonable efforts to assist clients experiencing travel disruptions or emergencies when possible. However, Michelle’s Everyday Travels does not guarantee 24-hour emergency assistance and is not responsible for costs incurred as a result of an emergency, disruption, supplier decision, or traveler decision.PLANNING & SERVICE FEESAny planning, consultation, itinerary, or service fees charged by Michelle’s Everyday Travels are separate from supplier charges.Unless otherwise stated in writing, planning or service fees are nonrefundable once the applicable planning or professional services have begun.CREDIT CARD & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATIONBy authorizing Michelle’s Everyday Travels to process or facilitate payment to a travel supplier, the traveler authorizes the applicable charge and acknowledges that the reservation is subject to the supplier’s terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and penalties.Payment authorization does not guarantee a reservation until the applicable supplier confirms the booking.PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKSTravelers agree to first contact Michelle’s Everyday Travels regarding questions or disputes involving authorized travel charges so reasonable efforts can be made to address the issue with the applicable supplier.A chargeback should not be used to avoid valid cancellation penalties, nonrefundable terms, or other supplier policies associated with a travel purchase that the traveler authorized. Nothing in this provision limits any rights a traveler may have under applicable law.LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITYTo the extent permitted by applicable law, Michelle’s Everyday Travels is not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, errors, delays, cancellations, failures, or defaults of independent travel suppliers or other third parties.Michelle’s Everyday Travels is not responsible for consequential or indirect losses or expenses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from a traveler’s own actions, decisions, failure to comply with travel requirements, or failure to follow supplier policies.Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHER TRAVELERSThe individual making a reservation on behalf of other travelers is responsible for providing accurate information for those travelers and for making these Terms & Conditions available to all travelers included in the reservation.Each traveler remains responsible for complying with applicable travel requirements and supplier terms.ELECTRONIC ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCEBy checking the acknowledgment box, signing electronically, submitting a travel authorization or intake form, making an authorized payment, or otherwise confirming a booking through Michelle’s Everyday Travels, the traveler acknowledges that they have been provided access to these Terms & Conditions, have had the opportunity to review them, and agree to be bound by them.Electronic acknowledgments and signatures may be used as evidence of the traveler’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.Michelle’s Everyday Travels
